4.3 Prohibited Activities

• Arbitrage Betting or Sure-Betting
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Participation in match fixing or result manipulation
• Placing bets using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

4.4 Betting Limits

Different betting limits apply to different markets and events. 177bde reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. Additional verification may be required for high-value bets.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time. The account will be closed within 48 hours of the request. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Closure by 177bde Authority

177bde reserves the right to immediately suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Serious Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Use of a false identity or submission of inaccurate information
• Direction from Legal Authorities
• Underage User Detection

Any balance obtained through prohibited activity on a closed account will be forfeited. Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is in progress.

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, you must notify us in writing at support@177bde.bet within 30 days of the incident. Please clearly include the date of the incident, the bet ID, and a description of the issue.

• Delays caused by third-party services or payment gateways

• Password or account details compromised due to the member's own negligence
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, or government orders

Under all circumstances, 177bde's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 30 days.
